Mango Lassi:
Mango Lassi

For each lassi:

- 1/2 cup ripened chopped mango, pressed through a sieve (if too stringy) and chilled
- 1/4 cup of chilled whole-fat milk
- 1/4 cup of whole-fat yogurt
- a pinch of salt
- ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

Combine the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Serve in a chilled glass.

Letovers keep for 24 hours in the fridge.
