Ingredients

Curry leaves have a slight, bitter but appetizing taste that provides a great backdrop for other flavors.

If you crush the leaves, they will release a smell of freshly poured asphalt or schorched auto brakes, mixed with a little bit of tangerine.

Cooking Instructions

Used in madras curry, thai dishes, and about half of southern indian vegetable dishes.
