Port Wine Cheese Log:

For one medium-large cheese log / cheese ball:

- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 lbs cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp sherry wine, or 4 tablespoons port wine
- chopped nuts for rolling (almonds, for example)

Cooking Instructions

Soften the first three ingredients and mix them well.

Add the two liquids & chill.

Form into a log and roll in your nut of preference.

Serve chilled with crackers.
