Ingredients

Thyme has a faint clove aftertaste, because of bitterness it is usually used with restraint. Thyme is Mediterranean and one of the best all-round cooking herbs in the world, good for meaty dishes.

Cooking Instructions

Use with dried herbs in pizza sauce or on pizza, salad garnish, clam chowder, creole, cajun, veal, beef, poultry, fish, stuffing, pates, sausages, stews, soups, breads, herbed butters, mayonnaise, tomatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, eggplant, parsnips, leeks, spinach, corn, peas, cheese, eggs, and rice.

Combine with lemon, garlic, and basil.
